Individual seats are fixed-price by course. Team programs are priced per cohort with optional custom workshops.
Do I use my own materials?
Yes. We prioritize transfer, so you will practice on your real slides, scripts, and scenarios.
Are virtual sessions effective?
Yes. We include camera framing, mic technique, and on-screen presence. Hybrid options combine live labs with flexible async exercises.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Graduates receive a digital certificate documenting skills and rubric scores. This is not a degree and carries no academic credit.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available before the second live session for cohorts and within 7 days for on-demand courses, provided less than 20% of content is completed.
How long do I keep access?
On-demand access lasts 12 months. Cohort materials and rubrics remain available for 6 months after graduation.
